I recently visited the Bond Street store and was disappointed by the lack of customer service. No one greeted or acknowledged me upon entering. Additionally, all the fitting rooms were closed and the store had very limited stock, with only swimwear available. The drawers were empty and there were no new items. The Victoria's Secret experience used to be much better, but since it was taken over by Next, the brand has downgraded and now feels like just another Next store. The lack of service is also evident in Next stores. It's a shame. I have decided not to shop here anymore.

The process for returning items by mail is absolutely ridiculous. According to their website, it can take up to 14 days for them to receive and process a return, which is already too slow. What's even scarier is that they expect you to print out a generic USPS shipping label that has no connection to your order number or customer account. So, whether or not you get a refund depends entirely on them using your packing slip or their generic return form, which you have to fill out by hand. If your handwriting is illegible or you make a mistake with the order number, tough luck. Interestingly, they also suggest that customers choose a return shipping method that can be tracked and insured. Wait, what? How is that considered free return shipping? And what about the label they provide? Am I supposed to buy my own tracking and insurance in addition to using their label? It sounds absolutely crazy to me. Most other places provide a return label that is specific to your order number, so as soon as the carrier scans it, you receive a notification that your return package is on its way back to the retailer. That's the modern way, isn't it? On top of all this, I've unsubscribed from their email marketing list at least 10 times in the past two weeks, and I'm still receiving their emails. This is completely unacceptable. Other than these issues, I do like some of their clothing items made from 100% cotton. I only shop online and wait for deep sales.

The management at Mall of Georgia is absolutely terrible! They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They refuse to assist you in any way. I needed help with some items and wanted to check if they were available online. Instead of offering any assistance, they told me to use my cellphone and show them the item. It turns out they already had the same style of pajamas in the store, just with a different design. So, I had to leave the store because of a poor internet connection and then come back. It would have been much easier if the manager, Jacqueline, had just logged in from her computer. I even asked if that was her real name because of how unpleasant she was. Overall, I always have a negative experience at that store in Buford, GA.

I placed an order online and accidentally ordered the wrong size. Immediately, I went to their website and engaged in a chat with two customer service agents. Both of them informed me that it was already past the allowed time frame for making any changes. Later on, I decided to call their live customer service and was told that I had exceeded the 30-minute window for modifications. I had actually notified Victoria's Secret shortly after placing the order. Unfortunately, no solution was provided. Since the order was intended as a gift, the recipient now has to wait for the delivery and then return the package. It seems quite ridiculous, considering that the order was clearly not processed or shipped within minutes of placing it on a Sunday.

I absolutely adore Victoria's Secret - from the stunning interior design to the exquisite items that are only affordable during the sale. I recently made a lot of purchases and encountered some issues with my transactions, but the staff were incredibly understanding. They held the items for me at the counter while I transferred money and even offered to refund and process the transactions again if needed. I apologize for any inconvenience caused and sincerely appreciate their understanding. I also had a bra fitting with a lovely young lady, although it wasn't as thorough as the one at Boux, she still provided helpful assistance and brought me various sizes to try on. The young ladies at Victoria's Secret are delightful and even remember you when you visit the store. The sale offers great value for money. I simply love it! Especially during this hot weather, it's a wonderful place to find all your underwear and lingerie needs.

I personally run an online retail business, but because we are not as well-known as Victorias Secret, customers are hesitant to use our services. However, they do choose to shop with us because of our impressive 4.9 out of 5 rating on Trustpilot. Interestingly, even though our family-run business operates in a different industry, we are currently receiving more customers than Victorias Secret, despite their higher reputation. On January 6th, 2023, I placed an order with this company, opting for their next day delivery service. However, by June 3rd, 2023, the order had not arrived, prompting me to contact their customer service. I must give them credit, as they promptly refunded the cost of the next day service and even sent me a £10 gift card as compensation. They informed me that the order was expected to arrive on June 7th, 2023, so I patiently waited. However, by June 16th, 2023, the order still had not been delivered. Frustrated, I initiated another live chat with their customer service, and they informed me that the item was delayed. They assured me that my money would be refunded, although it would take approximately 5 days for the refund to process. I find this level of service to be absolutely unacceptable, especially coming from such a prominent player in the industry. I can confidently say that I will not be using this company in the future, and I can only hope that my review will dissuade others from doing the same. It is disheartening to see that large companies like this do not prioritize customer satisfaction once they have received payment. They fail to proactively update customers on the status of their orders, leaving it up to the customers to reach out for information.

I placed an order for a package containing four items, but unfortunately, I only received three of them. Upon reaching out to customer service for assistance, they were unable to help me as they claimed that the weight of the package was accurate. Consequently, despite having paid for four items, I was left with only three at the end of the day.

I'm absolutely obsessed with their beauty line! Especially when they have great sales going on! My closet is filled with their products and BBW's! And I've never had any issues returning items that I didn't like. Customer service is always incredibly friendly (unlike BBW). The only problem I have is with their panties, which have really declined in quality. They fall apart within a month or so. Random holes and tears appear after only a few wears. It doesn't make any sense. They used to last a really long time! It's really disappointing because they used to be the only panties I would buy. I really wish they would go back to the better quality they used to have. I used to shop in the store itself. But nowadays, it's full of workers who never seem to acknowledge that you're even there. They're too busy talking to other workers about their drama and such. I don't like that at all. It's a business! So I decided to stick with online shopping. I never seem to have any problems there, unless I want to buy clothes. It's hard to shop for clothes online, period. LOL. Everything else about this store is amazing! I love it so much! I've spent way too much money here, but I have no regrets! It's worth every penny to me! Their perfumes last all day! Even their body sprays do! My new favorite products from this place are their face wash and moisturizer! I LOVE them!! I have very sensitive skin and they don't bother me at all. They're great products! So overall, I love their beauty products and customer service! I'm just not a fan of the stores themselves. I get compliments on how good I smell almost daily! I highly recommend their products all the time! But for clothing, I would recommend going into the store, regardless of the workers. The clothes are pretty nice, except for any thin material or lace panties. I will always love this place!!!

I placed an order for items/clothes worth $600 from them in April, but I have yet to receive my package. I reached out to their support team to inquire about the whereabouts of my parcel and why it has taken two months without any updates or notifications from them. They informed me that they were unable to deliver my package and assured me that they would refund my money. I am now eagerly awaiting the return of my funds, although I must admit I am quite frustrated and angry with them.

My wife recently made a purchase at our nearby store, spending $140. However, she needed to exchange two items worth $59.90 for different sizes. Surprisingly, even though she had the receipt with her, she was denied the exchange. It turns out that Victoria's Secret no longer handles their own returns, as it is now managed by The Retail Equation. Interestingly, their phone line seems to be disconnected. Frustrated by this experience, I decided to check my wife's return report, only to find that the Victoria's Secret return was the only one listed. This incident has left a negative impression, and I would recommend shopping elsewhere, especially if you have had similar experiences or concerns.
